Data Deletion Request

Your right to deletion

You have the right to request deletion of all personal data we hold about you, including your account, profile information, and practice history.

What gets deleted

• Your account and login credentials
• Profile data (name, email, language level, interview date)
• All practice session answers and scores
• Any other personal data associated with your account

How to request deletion

Send an email to:

privacy@kartacoach.com

Include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days and confirm once deletion is complete.

If you signed in with Facebook or Google

Signing in with a social provider only gives us your name and email — we do not retain any access to your social accounts. Deleting your Karta Coach account does not affect your Facebook or Google account in any way.

To revoke Karta Coach's access from your Facebook account, go to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites and remove Karta Coach.
